- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation and payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order and tracking details once shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Timelines
- We offer standard and express shipping options through trusted delivery partners.
- Standard delivery: 5–7 business days depending on location.
- Express delivery: 2–3 business days (additional charges apply).
- Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
- Orders above ₹1,000 are eligible for free standard shipping within India.
- International shipping charges vary and will be calculated during checkout.
4. Supplements Delivery
- Only supplements are physically shipped. Workout videos and gym services are digital/non-shippable.
- Products are packed securely to avoid damage or contamination.
- If the package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact support.
5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
- Tracking information is provided via email and dashboard after shipment.
- Customers are responsible for tracking delivery and receiving the package timely.
- In case of failed delivery attempts, courier companies may return the parcel. Re-shipping fees may apply.
