  • Agreement valid for 5 years with audits.
  • Breach leads to cancellation.

Supplements & Returns

  • Returns only if damaged on delivery.
  • Shipping within 2 business days.
  • Tracking via SMS/Email.
  • Refunds take 7–10 working days.
Videos

Workout Video Access

  • Only active subscribers can view content.
  • Reselling or mirroring prohibited.
  • Offline saving allowed only in apps.
  • Violation may lead to suspension.
Fees

Student Fee Management

  • Fees paid in advance via portal.
  • Late fee penalties may apply.
  • Auto receipts generated.
  • Disputes resolved within 7 days.
Conduct

User Responsibilities

  • Respect community guidelines.
  • Do not share login access.
  • Provide accurate health data.
  • Abuse leads to account suspension.

Legal & Privacy

  • Data protected under privacy laws.
  • No personal data sold.
  • Cookies used for performance.
